Fish and chips for 2 people, cost $41 and was very small serve. Definitely not value for money.

Haven't had good old fish n chips for years tonight we tried. Have to say disappointed..fish is not snapper and the chips are stale. It's hot which was a plus and the service on phone and counter great . But won't try it again. :-(

Great fish and chips.No oily paper, fish was cooked to perfection, batter wasn't thick. Chips were slightly over cooked as my partner and I prefer.Couldn't really fault it we loved it.Did not have to wait long to be ready either.

Hooks Sea And Salad Bar
The quality of Fish and Chips at Hooks is exceptional. The fish was snow white, thick and very tasty. The batter was light and crunchy without the oil content that i have experienced from other local stores. The chips were cooked to perfection and with my usual light dousing of salt and vinegar the taste was delightful. I must admit they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for and the quality at Hooks Fish and Chips is well worth it.
