Extremely satisfied with the service of this company from initial enquiry through to completion.A truck kicked up a rock and damaged our windscreen the night before we had to drive 2.5 hours for a wedding. I called Fixer Windscreens at 8am and initially was told they could fix it on Tuesday which was completely reasonable, but we had to leave at 10:00am. So I thanked them and started looking for someone else. 2 minutes later I get a call back and am informed that a technician can fit it in and that they'll be there by 9:30am.Our technician Cameron arrived and got straight to work. He was efficient, polite and informative.The repair seems to be of a high quality and gave us the confidence that our car was safe to drive with our newborn aboard.Thanks again guys.

This morning I popped in to fix a stone chip in my windscreen and these guys did it straight away, Warwick the technician was doing another car at the time, they are so courteous, Jack helped as soon as I got there and Diana in the office was very nice and quick as well, such a nice group of people, Warwick did an awesome job I can barely see the crack anymore, more importantly on another previous visit he was so nice and engaging to my 10 year old son who is autistic, well done

Great service and friendly team , chip was fixed and good togo in under 20min. Would happily use this team again for any chips but fingers crossed I don't get another one .

My experience with The Fixer Windscreen's mobile service was excellent, the pricing was extremely competitive and as a business their honesty and integrity was greatly appreciated. If you suffer windscreen damage then I strongly recommend them!

Booked in for 10.30am (apparently about a 2 hour replacement service as was told to me at the time of booking a week prior), asked to be there about 10.15am. As per request arrived bang on 10.15am, “technician was getting sent to another job before being asked to come back to workshop to do my windscreen replacement. Just over an hour and a half later I get he courtesy call to advise car ready just after 12pm, I show up pay the invoice and look over the replacement, there were glass fragments in my air vents, asked if they had to break the windscreen to remove it, I was told “No”, I responded with “well in that case I’m confused as to why there are glass fragments in my air vents, on my seats, on my dash (dashmat just put back over it all) and on my carpets, started hand collecting them to show, removed a 1cm by 2cm piece from the air vent that points at the door window, a 6 inch piece of rubber or foam from vents that point at the bottom of the windscreen, ended up at the local car wash using the vacuum to remove ALL glass fragments and cleaning up the black grease marks left behind on the white paint around the windscreen. Not sure if ‘technician” was normal technician or apprentice. I guess I will give it a full week (car does not need to be used) before I test the waterproof side of the install (unless it rains). No issue with price, just the after installation cleanup of work area which just so happens to be a customers vehicle.

Very long story so will cut it short..Paid for my windscreen to replaced. They had a apprentice put it in, and wasn't put in correctly and I went on holidays and when it rain it got into my car from the front windscreen into my wiring of my car, then they know it wasn't safe for me to drive but asked me more then twice to drive my car to charge my battery. Ect my car has been sitting at the dealer ship since 9th of Jan and its taken that long to be assessed by the fixer insource.
