Just walked in today and the lady working there was nasty. I picked out some shoes and I was waiting for her to help me pay for the shoes but it seems like she didn't notice me.

I entered the store at 3pm on 8.4.16 to my disgust was not greeted or acknowledged by the 2 staff members behind the counter discussing their person life (no they were not discreet ) I was in the shop for at least 5 mins walked all around the shop even right near the sales assistants. I work in retail and don't understand how you are meant to make sales or budgets if you don't provide service or acknowledge your very few customers that enter your store. You had 1 job

Walked into the store at 8:30, it was supposed to close 9 but the cashier didn’t want to serve us!!! very rude staff
