On my various visits over the years I have found that there has always been a lack of retail staff to assist you, but plenty of what appears to be staff walking around in Honda polo's though.It's a real shame there's a lack of atmosphere on entering the establishment especially when it's the only Honda MC dealership for miles.

I had never been to West Coast MC or dealt with them previously but I recently purchased a WP Suspension shock absorber though them as they are one of the few WP dealers in WA.I dealt with Ben and he was able to sort me a great price and his customer service was absolutely fantastic.The part had to be ordered in and when I rang up to enquire for an update, the parts team that handled my calls were outstanding. Always friendly and never tried to pretend to be experts in a subject that Ben is absolutely the man" in.I picked the part up on a Saturday and although Ben wasn't working
