Excellent range of goods. Friendly staff.

After doing a full week's load of shopping and getting to the checkouts all were do it yourself jobs only one customer assisted operator working when I ask the manager if someone could help she said sorry I can't help the fact that we're short staffed" but then stood she nearby watching myself and others struggle. A man with a small basket of goods stood behind a woman with $400 worth of groceries and the one assistant helping her. He clearly couldn't use the scanners as he was disabled and possibly had literacy problems. Again there was no help offered and he ended up putting his basket down and leaving the store. As I self served it took me 25 minutes to get it done and pack. So a word of warning... don't buy ice cream and get to the checkout it would be melted before you got home. In spite of my frequent flyers I'm going to Aldi next time. I might have to pack my own groceries but at least they put them through the checkout much quicker than Coles."

Today one of the staff helped get the trolley to the car. Fantastic service.

Coles Goonellabah is a large and impressive store. It has a high standard of cleanliness and is well laid out.The store has high quality produce with a wide variety stock. The standard of the store is far greater than a regular suburban shopping centre.

Very average Coles, nothing to write home about. Has the usuals, if you've ever been to a Coles before, you've been to this one pretty much.

They say they cloes at 9 but evrytime I got there at 830 there always closed

Great fresh products. Aircon was lovely and friendly staff. Great variety of items with new products.

Used to go there because if the efficiency and pleasantness of checkout staff and fresh food section. They no longer have adequate staff on checkouts. Only 1 checkout open at 8.30 in morning with a line if 6 people and mire arriving wad just silly. Trying to force u using self serve. I dont mind for the odd quick trip but in future my big weekly shop will b elsewhere with checkout service.

Some what friendly staff not bad shopping experience and not to hard to find what you need when you looking and most staff with happy to help you!
