Avoid these guys!!! Biggest Scammers, they sold me a car that stopped working in 24 hours. I bought a brand new car from them but when I got home I realised it’s not even the car I paid for for. The Car I bought and the contract I signed had 0km but when I got home i realised the car they gave me has 10 000km and the engine light came on. When I went back to them they said the guy that sold me the car went to New Zealand I should come back when he’s back we’ll solve the issue. When the guy got back he referred me to the Boss/owner aka Philip. Phillip was so rude and aggressive and said go to court and to get out of his office. The car is not drivable and is sitting at my house.

I bought my Ldv deliver 9 van from this guys last year. After 4 months I had a problem with horn, horn turn on automatically. I when to they guys they diagnosed my van and found the fault. They said that part will come after 6 months and I waited for 6 months. But I haven’t received any call from Ldv, then I called them. They said yea part has been arrived, book appointment and come we will change. I went there and after 4 hours, receptionist call me and said ohh they received the wrong part. Again they ask me to wait for 2 days, they will order the right part. So I called them 3rd day still they don’t know when the part will be arrived. I know many driver who drive Ldv deliver 9 every single van has a issue some of the with ignition, transmission and electrical. My suggestion do not buy this van because they don’t have the parts for this van. If something happen with you can they will not renting any other van for you, doesn’t matter if van still under warranty or not. Please stay away from Ldv and one more thing after that I ask them my van is still under warranty so keep this van for fix just hire the van for me. I called Ldv customer care they said just tell them to send a technician report of the van and they will process the matter, I have been told it will take 24 hours to do the process and hire the van for me. But it’s been more than 48 hours so I haven’t got any message for hire van even. Total waste of time and money to buy this van.

Ordered a LDV D90 through a fleet company almost 4 months ago and was told the car will arrive in June. I have sent several emails and made several calls and only got a reply to one email. Whenever I call they simply hang up after transferring to a few numbers. Every time I manage to speak to the receptionist I get told to bare with the poor response as the manager is new. I have been hearing this for the past two months. These guys are still unable to say when the car will arrive or at least confirm if it has left the factory.They only seem to want our business and after the Order is placed don’t seem to care anymore. I’m not surprised by the poor reviews of unhappy customers considering my personal experience. I have requested the leasing company to cancel my order as I have decided to go for an Isuzu.Reply to the owner: The mobile number you have given as per the attached screen shot is missing one digit. Also your reply is factually incorrect as I specifically wanted a 2023 build and it was your fault offering me a 2022 build. So this didn’t contribute to any delay. What I’m now talking about is the delay, non response and poor customer service for the car you say has been ordered more than 3 months ago. If you say the delay is due to quarantine at the Melbourne port, show me proof that the car has arrived in to the port. I’m not trying to prove a point but expressing my utter disgust at the poor customer service of your staff especially Anthea. I will never recommend a LDV in genera to anyone hereafter and specially not your dealership. Thank you to you staff for wasting my time and the leasing company time. This is disgraceful.
