Highly recommend. Perfect for beginners - advance. Beautiful ambience, welcoming space, the staff seem to really care about their members. Instructor Sophie helped me a lot for my first time & it was great to feel so comfortable.

Flow & Co. Pilates
After wanting to try reformer Pilates for quite some time, I finally took the leap in January but I wish I had started sooner! I have absolutely loved each session at Flow and each instructor has been so friendly and welcoming. I was very nervous for my first session but I felt at home very quickly and have never looked back. Definitely recommend!!!!!
