I just stood at the counter inside your restaurant for 5 minutes waiting to be served there were staff members serving at the drive through but the rest of the store was unattended. Obviously didn’t want my money so I will go elsewhere and never return.

We had the Zinger hot and spicy roll meal well it hit the spot well and truly I have always liked their chips just great after a long drive from Melbourne in next to peak traffic, a coffee would have topped it off.

Dont expect to have issues answered via their complaints page. 2 orders incorrect, needless to say won’t be going back. Check your orders before you leave.

Unfortunately every time I visit the service is very slow. Even if you order via the app, which according to KFC means you can get your food quicker, it is still very slow.

Us islanders know KFC...To be living here in Australia for 14 years and to finally come across a store that can produce the goods? Look no further.... 15 Jan 2023 around about 9pm was the time I ate the best feed of KFC here in Straya...Everything was Fresh and Hot... like bro... hot like in the outback hot in January....Tbh I was getting a little annoyed when I was waiting but bro, that went out the window when I sat down to munch...Long story short,KFC Armstrong Creek... you have outdone yourself.... 10/10 for that awesome feed... haven't had KFC in a while because of disappointment...But not tonight bro....Top job Crew.... Top job....Hats off to you Jake and the Armstrong Creek KFC crew rostered on this shift!!Chur!!

Yeah mate decided to head down to the local kfc in this instance Armstrong creek, and when my son walked into the toilet to his surprise there was a massive log waiting for him on the floor. Absolutely poor service from the lads.

Staff must be trained couple of things.1. Greet the customer on arrival2. Welcome the customer with a smiling face.3. When you are staffed with 4-6 people, it’s always mandatory to have atleast one staff at the front.4. My overall experience on my first visit was unsatisfactory.

KFC as good as it gets right here in Armstrong Creek. Friendly staff greeted me with a smile all the time.Food was served fast and quality typical KFC. Can’t complain much. I love my Zinger box!
