The first 3 times I went were great. I even gave the girl a great tip. Since then the service has gone down hill. Edges of my nails not done. Had s and s and 5 days later nails came off. One mature lady with lots of lovely jewellery pulled at my hands was rough and rude. Never going back

Highly recommend Pearl Nails Blacktown. I’ve been to 2 other nail salons in the centre, but Pearl Nails is by far the best. Great value for money and friendly staff. The lady hand painted my nail design exactly like the picture I showed her. I’m very impressed and will definitely be back.

really nice place and really nice custimer service, we got instantly greeted and shown where to sit. I got my my nails done there for the BTS event, and i LOVE IT,would come back here again for formal nails

If I could rate a 0 I would. I got shellac on my toes and they did a horrible job. There is shellac all over my toes and it is lifting and about to peel off a day later of getting them done. Definitely will not be going back.

I got SNS for the first time and they turned out so pretty! The staff were very kind and helpful, and provided complementary cold water. Would definitely recommend this place, and I will be revisiting again soon!

Been twice. First time was amazing experience, lovely customer service and great results. Today i went for Shellac manicure and had terrible experience, technician was very rough pushing my hand away and spoke rudely to me on several occasions and im paying for this service? No buffing after removing Shellac polish and result was rough base, the mani is terrible with very thick polish and bumps on nail bed. I left without getting rest of manicure, (massage, hot towels etc) as was so disappointed. Would not recommend.

Been doing my full-set manicure and pedicure for couple of months here but recently, their quality of service declined. I observed that my acrylic extension nails comes off easily now for as early as 2 weeks. I noticed that they were using different product on glueing the extension actually, probably a cheaper one. And the price is not consistent. They actually have the highest price that I've been to in Westpoint Blacktown. I did not mind at first cause my friend said their service is good but after some time, nah. My friend and I are switching to another nail salon.

Wasn't happy and will never return to this salon. I asked for acrylic infills for myself and a manicure for my daughter. One staff member started on my daughter and simply drilled/filed her nail beds and then added polish. Correct me if I'm wrong but a manicure includes a cuticle soak, ect. This staff member then rudely yelled to another customer across the room before starting on me in a very rough manner. When I screamed and pulled my hand away from the pain she got impatient and made another lady take over. When my nails were finally finished, I had acrylic all over my fingers and the polish was cracked and there were some spots missed. When I pointed it out the staff member was annoyed and attempted to fix it. It wasn't fixed but I paid and left and ended up going to another nail salon to redo the polish because I wasn't happy. I was charged for a manicure that my daughter never got and was not happy with the service OR my nails. Will not recommend this place.

Attended the service and no one had been present in the shop getting their nails done. However, after we had sat down another client had come in and was attended to. When this was addressed nothing was done about it and rude remarks and tone was used. Would not recommend.

Horrible customer service didn’t even go off anything I showed them mind you I showed her multiple times what I wanted and she kept shutting me down saying she knew what I wanted clearly she didn’t I hate my nails my birthday’s tomorrow and now after paying $120 I have to go get them removed and re-done never returning to this place again!
