Great Salon with Excellent Service

I ordered lashes nearly two weeks ago now and paid for express postage & I’m still waiting on my order to arrive. Jodie finally replied back to me after I messaged saying I hadn’t received my order, she said she would send them out again, that was on Monday, I still have no order and she is now ignoring my emails and her phone goes straight to message bank. Horrendous customer service, I have a business to run and have had to cancel my clients twice now as I have no small size lashes which I mentioned this to her so she knew quite well how desperately I was needing these. Would be good to get a reply and my refund as I’ve requested, I paid for lashes and haven’t received them, I expect a refund ASAP simple as that.

Love the new eye brows. I've been having my lashes and brows done for years now, and now my daughter is now a client. Great to deal with, able to book ahead of time
