Great experience with Izabela. 1st session she helped me to relax my body and start breathing with less laboring effort. She has been a very good listener and suggested me a lot of ways and exercises to ease my mental stress, address my concerns and improve my body function. I would recommend her to anyone needs help with rehab.

I felt extremely well looked after in this place. Izabela takes time to understand your issue and is extremely focused on getting the right treatment for you. Often enough have I’ve been at places where you get the standard treatment-they don’t really listen to your problems. She took time and after only two appointments my pain is gone. I had been upset because years ago I had found my healer who sadly moved away. Now I don’t need to look any further: I have found my healing person again! I can only recommend her

Izabella is really passionate about what she does. Her technique is incredible and she has a wealth of knowledge about the body's physiology. She really helped me with all the tight spots and gave me some ideas about how to correct bad habits. I'd highly recommend her.

I have seen Izabela for a massage several times now- she is super thorough and takes a very holistic approach to treating achy bodies. I have always left my appointment not only feeling better physically, but also feeling more knowledgeable about what might have been causing my pain and with a range of exercises to practice at home. Izabela is my yoga instructor and has been for several years now. She has wonderful and almost poetic but powerful style of communication, together with a vast knowledge of human physiology. She is also an incredible athlete. I was very happy to learn she was also practising remedial massage. She is a very skilled practitioner across a number of disciplines and that is demonstrated in her massage also. I can’t rate her highly enough.
