Genesis Health and Fitness Byford 24/7

The gym is quite small in size, and you have to know what times to go otherwise you can be waiting to get on the equipment which will turn a 30 min workout into a hours workout just due to the amount of people in there. Other than that the equipment is top notch and always in a working condition. i have been at the gym for 12 months now and i have not seen an out of service " sign on any of the equipment which is a huge plus. For the money you pay and what you get out of it is pretty good

Recently joined this gym at Byford. The staff here are very welcoming and listened to my needs and concerns. The sign up process was quick and easy and I'm now on my way to reaching my goals. Thanks Bree and Nicole.

This is the first gym where I have felt completely comfortable being a part of which in turn makes it easier for me to want to achieve my goals. Nicole and Bree are amazing and so super supportive. Thanks ladies x

Went into the the gym on Monday evening, The service I recieved and the information was great. I signed myself and daughter up and they looked into what they could do for us with the sign up and gave us a great deal. Very happy and looking forward to our journey there :)

Love coming to genesis byford. Staff are so friendly and the personal trainers are great, especially Tara. Encouraging my partner to sign up. Equipment is always avaliable and clean. Nice to have a little private space to work out behind the curtain area if your not too confident to work out if front of others. Highly recommended.

Terrible gym. Thought I'd go here instead of Kelmscott as it's closer to home and I regret it.Stinking hot!No dress code - people working out in stinky socks and thongs.Weights everywhere - no one racks up.Old equipment.The chick who was meant to be at the counter was down the end talking to a friend.Showers pretty gross, no bench or room.No one wipes after use.If you want a staph infection, come here!

I have joined the Genesis fitness 24/7 Gym about a year and a half ago.Since that time i have gained so much knowledge and experience...i wish i would have started sooner.The Gym is small in size,but packs a punch sort of speak. It has everything that you would expect from a professional gym. What makes it great is the convenience of it being close to where i live, and the 24/7 is awesome because you can basically train whenever your heart desires.The best part is the people that are involved in running the Gym. They will make you feel welcome and show you all you need to know. Simon, who runs the Gym is a fantastic guy and is always there to help. Of course what would a gym be without personal trainers. Matt, Jeff and Tara are there to help you. They are some of the nicest people you could ever meet and i'm sure that they will guide in the right direction to whatever your fitness goal may be. I have made a lot of new friends since joining the gym and proud to call it my second home.So please come down and see for yourself what a great place it is.

Easy to use all times of the day and night and staff are friendly.

I love Byford genesis! Having staff like Bree there to chat too and ask for help has been a massive positive for me. Giving it a family feel! I have anxiety about going to the gym but knowing Bree is there I push myself to go, have a chat with her and smash out my session.Very grateful

Genesis Byford is amazing. The staff and trainers are friendly, the equipment is well set out and up to date and the facility is always clean. Love a great 24 hour access gym!
