I have been going to Loving Lather for well over a year and recently their customer service has gone down massively. I tried to call and text which took days to respond, once they finally responded I was told I could come in whenever Mon-Fri between 10am-3pm and I didn’t need an appointment for nail cutting. I walked down on my lunch break to be told they can’t cut my dogs nails and can I come back after 2pm or Monday between 8am-12pm (I originally asked for 8am but was told 10am onwards). Please make nail cutting appointment based and no walk-ins if you can’t accommodate, I have always been flexible with dates and times. Sadly, I won’t be going back here and will be finding another groomer that is more reliable.

The best dog grooming salon in Melbourne, I have had poodles for many years and the work that the guys do is excellent, in addition to their super affordable prices and their new location in Elsterwick that is beautiful and very comfortable so that your pet feels good in everything moment. I recommend them to everyone who loves their pets. They are very affectionate with our dog children. I love you and congratulate you for the great work you do!!! keep it up =)

I got a full groom for $80, not that much communication on when he would be ready, Just ill msg you". 3 hours later. My dog's face wasn't cleaned up

Omg they are the best my Roxy looks fabulous and the first time we went there they didn’t even know her and they did an amazing job!!! Highly recommend

My dog was cut under his leg by this groomer, they didnt tell me about it and I didnt notice until I got him home and then saw the cut. When I contacted them to tell them he had been cut they refused to take responsibility for it.
