Fantastic sales team and process, however when fitting new toilet found it leaks (plumber installing could not rectify) was told as it had been taken out of box only remedy was to fit faulty toilet and wait for one of their plumber to be available to assess - (and use what in the mean time?) As had move into house had buy a second from else where.
