Orthodontist was rude, didn’t seem interested in the right choice for my teeth and I cried once I left my appointment.Me and my family have been going to livewire for over 10 years and never had any problems, since the practice being sold recently and one 5 minute appointment later I’m never going back.I was 12 minutes late for my appointment and then after waiting another half an hour (which I really didn’t mind) I was then chastised for being late and informed about how I had ruined his day (including details of his personal life, which really isn’t my problem)I was also quoted that removable retainers are $150 and new wire ones are $250 on the phone. After being reprimanded by the orthodontist about my choice of the wire retainer (and a total of about 5 minutes orthodontic work) I was told that removable retainers are free and “That’ll be $250 thanks” for the repair - not replacement - of my retainer.Don’t go here lol

So impressed. The staff are great even before you see Ben. This man knows how to make the whole experience for kids amusing, easy to understand & follow directions. As parents we thought he was great. Ben spoke 'to' our son & not about him as though he wasn't there . We were involved throughout as well. Can't speak highly enough.

These guys are so professional. 2 of my children have had braces here and have nothing negative to say about them. Appointments are always running on time and quality of braces and work done is fantastic
