I bought a 1000 Tek screws for my LGS framers but got compliant about 2/3 of them just can’t drill thru 2mm steel angles. I also wrote to customer service but didn’t receive any reply from them. Leaving a bad review to this company seems to be the only way I can do atm.

S L O W*** edit *** after they found out it took that long to arrive, scrooz offered a refund and made good. The situation was still unsatisfactory but scrooz seem to take the situation seriously and want to do the right thing. I will try them againThe quality of product is excellent.—Promised “fast delivery” and “1-2” days. It is now 7 days and I’m still waiting. Rang 3 times because id not been given a dispatch notification and I was given 3 different times. It was not dispatched until after all of those — 5 days after ordering.
