Somebody needs to teach Phillipa at front desk customer service skills. Not once has she said hi (in email). We have approved DA plans for new works to be carried out and need a quote on a garage door to go into the schedule of works. Apparently her reps are too busy to click a document to open and take 2 minutes to check. If you don't have time to check plans, then you don't deserve anyones business. Got our 3 quotes elsewhere, and very happy with service. Get rid of her.
