Largest selection of books out of all the op shops in Emerald. Novels are ordered alphabetically by author's surname. Quite a lot of men's and women's clothes. Not many kids' clothes or toys. A few costumes, some bedding/linen, homewares, and knick-knacks. They accept donations of second-hand items in-store.

Over priced for an op shop. Really, the prices are almost new prices, this is not affordable for anyone on a pension or low income. If you are going to go there, you may as well go and buy new because you can take it back if something is wrong with it and it comes with a warranty, not at Lifeline where you pay just about new prices. There is nothing ‘op shop’ about it.
