I have my 2 kids here since they were just couple months of Age. Everyone in centre is very friendly, respectful and responsible. All educators are qualified and have close attachment with kids so that they can the best support to the kids' needs. For us, this is our 2nd home ❤️❤️

I had mixed emotions about posting a review however I feel like both the centre and other parents need to know.I unfortunately had a bad experience when signing my one year old up for day care for the first time. I picked this centre because they had the best google reviews for my area. I called to ask about pricing and centre information, they told me to come in for a tour.At the tour they were very rushed, but that's understandable. I would prefer they want to focus on the kids more than potential new clients. The facilities looked good. They gave me some pamphlets and walked me out. No questions were answered about pricing or availability but I was told I would get a call that day or the day after by the 'admin lady' to discuss.I waited a few days for a call until I decided to call them back. I was told that the admin lady was very busy and she would call me tomorrow. This is fine I completely understand!However today when the admin lady called me I found her rude, condescending and unhelpful. She started off by saying she doesn't know who I am, that I have not done a tour at the centre, there's no paperwork on me and my name isn't in the system. I struggling through the conversation with her, it felt like she was trying to argue with me the whole time. I found her tone and her words condescending. Eventually she said she will talk to the lady who she thinks might have done the tour and call me back later.This afternoon I recieved an email with the application and a start date. She has still not talked over pricing with me so I call them back. When I eventually talk to her, I struggled again. She was combative and I found it very difficult to ask any questions. She kept saying the person who did the tour should have told me that I should already know everything im asking. Even if that is true it's not okay to be blaming a parent for someone doing the tour 'incorrectly'. It felt as if she didnt have the time for me and that talking to me was just annoying. She actually made me cry after I got off the phone to her because I was so frustrated and she made me feel so little.Now I don't know if it's because I'm a first time mum and I am now letting my one year old off into the big wide world on her own. All the other staff seemed nice. But I feel like this is not the kind of person I want my daughter around and that are meant to keep her safe.I have now made arrangements to view another childcare centre in the area and they seem really nice. I would prefer to not go back to this centre and I urge them not to reach out to me.I hope sharing my experience helps others make their decisions.

Even all the team members appear to be more engaged and excited to work with you. I appreciate your efforts to keep every team member up to date on their tasks. Thank you for promoting such collaborative solid values. It is an essential part of our company’s culture. We are grateful to have such a talented and wise person ( Simone) as a centre director.

I absolutely love Goodstart Early Learning Ballajura centre! My daughter's been going there since early this year and she has learnt so much! she is constantly developing and growing and learning new things. I am really impressed with the hard work that all the educators are putting in, especially Mel and Natasha in the Nursery. You can tell from a mile away how dedicated they are. I definitely recommend this centre! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have 2 children at Goodstart Ballajura. They both love going to daycare and have a great time there. The educators are all very caring, friendly and do a fantastic job with the kids!All the staff are very approachable and also give fantastic feedback on how my kids are doing, good and bad which I think is fantastic.I would recommend Ballajura Goodstart

We are thrilled with the care Good start Ballajura has shown to our daughter since commencing. She talks about her day with a smile and we as parents are really happy with the Online Story Park Learning Program where we get to see how our child is going throughout the day with photos & messages from the teachers. VERY happy we have moved somewhere with a high standard. I'm so happy with the caring staff & happy children my daughter is now surrounded by. Highly Recommend Good start Ballajura if your looking for a high quality centre.

My boys have been attending the centre for 3.5 years now and we couldn't fault it. The centre is always clean and welcoming, the staff are amazing, loving and caring and the resources and activities the kids do are awesome. Would definitely recommend!

My son absolutely loves the staff and the other kids at good start Ballajura.It's such a relaxed comfortable atmosphere where the kids are encouraged to learn new things.With him starting kindy next year it is amazing to have such a great early childhood teacher to help to begin those skills and the activities are suited perfectly to continue on to school.Definatly recommend this centre to everyone amazing reliable helpful staff :) great resources and activities to give kids a chance to be the best them :)

Not nice giving bad reviews and I should have done this a while ago but when it includes kids I think it’s important every time I look at the scar on my sons face I think I really need to give that reviewMost staff are friendly and seem like they want to be thereMy boys were physically hurt bye another child continuously for weeks. in one day I had 2 calls they only attended 2 days. My boy still has a bad scar on his face from the nasty scratch. You understand once or twice as kids will be kids , but when it continuously happens that’s not fair When tried discussing a resolution the answer was they have done everything they can. When talking to one of the educators in the room she opened up to me about how this kept happening to children in the class not just mine and said it’s not fair she was genuinely concerned. You expect your children to be safe when you drop them of mine definitely weren’t. My boys were traumatised but the director didn’t want a bar of it. She’s not the most approachable person. Pulling them out was the best decision.
