Update: The Director of RE/MAX ACPA, Leon, reached out to my housemate.Really horrible communication, i have to say zero. We always had to be the ones contacting for more information about what is happening. We have emailed several times for the time and location to get our keys. Zero responses from the office or the agent Camila. I got a single text from the agent '10am Monday morning, thanks' 2 days before. We thought we would get the key infront of the property, nobody was there. We call the agent, straight to voicemail. We had to call the office, the office had to talk to Camila and got back to me. I have no idea why she wouldn't call me directly in the first place. We have arranged our fridge to come that day, we didn't have the key so the fridge had to be left outside. It was just a total mess. And she just made excuses after excuses that she just works to find new tenants but is not responsible for any other tasks. Well, we are stuck with the agent for a year. But good luck if you are looking for a good communicative agency cause there will be none.

In the property market, where every selling agent is lying to get a higher price, we found YISA highly professional and very honest in here negotiations. As a tenant I've had a great experience with ACPA. Our property has transitioned to a new agency which makes me appreciate how we were treated by ACPA even more. Emails with maintenance reports and questions were always answered within 48 hours and when there were issues with a neighbouring property managed by the agency there was constant communication on the situation. We really appreciate the time we had with you!

Warning to prospective tenants:This RE agent has ignored repeated requests for faults and damage that were present when we moved in.When we left, they charged us $350 for a number of issues.1. Tiles left in the house (these belong to the owner)2. Rubbish" in the kitchen (a bottle of champagne we left to say thank you)3. Adhesive picture hanger that was there when we first moved in.4. Dirty carpets (which were professionally cleaned - receipt provided)5. Missing glass from 1 light fitting. The ONLY true issue.When I pointed out all these things and requested they adjust the bond accordingly
