From the moment we walked into the showroom Michelle couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Our carpet was organised and installed efficiently within the time frame we needed as we were only at our holiday home for a short time. Trent and Jacob, who laid the carpet, were only too happy to move our furniture and we couldn't fault them. All in all we are very happy with the service BMW Carpets offers and would be happy to use them again.

Service was excellent up until I paid my deposit; after that they were unresponsive, it took 3 calls and 2 voice messages to get a call back when I had concerns.Quote included “furniture removal”; unfortunately this is where BMW Carpets really fail as they caused irreparable damage to my leather couch. Not only did they cause the damage but they accused me of lying about it. Still waiting on a resolution and an apology.Product and installation of product was excellent BUT this was contracted out!
