Priceline Pharmacy Lake Haven

They’ve got great customer service and staff there! They always try to help everyone as best as they can. Highly recommend

Staff are helpful. Don’t always have the stock for things or scripts also

I went into Priceline at Lake haven over the weekend, and the staff members there are lovely. They told me about the sale they have on at the moment, and answered all my questions with amazing knowledge. I’ll definitely be recommending this pharmacy to all my colleges!!

The staff are very polite and helpful however I found the pharmacist, Mr Walker to be rude and confronting. On one recent occasion I went to get a script and I apparently put the toes of my shoe over the line on the floor where we must stand to keep our distance. Mr Walker noticed and from about 4 metres away, berated me about this in front of everyone in the near vicinity. He accused me of putting everyone at risk by doing so and went on and on about distancing, which I am well aware of. I felt so humiliated that I thought I would cry. I got my script and left the shop. Two weeks later I was again in the pharmacy and I noticed that Mr Walker was standing chatting to a lady who he seemed to know well and at that point he was in very close contact. Also a lady, in full view of him was actually leaning on the counter. He said absolutely nothing about this and eventually he moved away from the lady he was talking to but not 1.5 metres. I was a customer of his at his Bay Village pharmacy and when I moved took my business to his pharmacy at Lake Haven. I have been a customer of his for 20 years. Not any longer. I am 72 and will not be berated and humiliated by a person who is so rude and dismissive.

Hi I went in today to purchase Chlorsic cream for my BCC healing etc as advised by Skin cancer Dr saying I do not need a prescription.Pharmissist and staff were very rude in that they were like well did they give you a prescription for that as they shouldn't just do that.1. I am the customer just following directions given.2. Was it necessary that you roll your eyes and behave like I was the idiot because I did not get a prescription when I was advised I didn't need it.3. You could of responded in a way more professional manner to the situation .Thankyou though to the staff member who advised me onWhat to do with another issue I give you the 3 star rating.Please treat people with respect just because you are a pharmacist , you are not more important then your customers

Not going to lie, I expected more from you lovely people. The range of products was extremely good, ranging from condo ms to gummy bears which will give you a hardy. This was a pretty goofy place to go shopping at as the price was extremely high for the products like 29.99 for a pack of chips? Bro! That’s so goofy ahh! Anyway, don’t go here the staff here are very helpful I really like this place love it

My daughter was both excited and nervous about getting her ears pierced, but she said herself that Emily was so kind and lovely that it made her feel much more relaxed. Thank you Emily and all the staff.

Accidentally bought some insoles that were the wrong size from there and when I returned them within hours of purchase they refused to accept them saying they were opened so can exchange for correct size. I would understand if I had used them or it was a item that can go bad but they are pieces of rubber. Will certainly stay clear of priceline from now on if that's there attitude

I went in with a script they substituted with a different product without asking. The service was good though.

The staff in the make up area are a great team. It's so nice just being there.They rocked my daughters formal makeup. Thank you both of you.
