We were quite anxious as it was our first major move, but with the team at Removalists on the Run, it was smooth, quick, and above all, very safe.Gracie responded promptly with a very competitive quote, and kept us up to date with the booking. Zi and Heath were on time, patient, and very thorough. Communication was clear and concise, with the transfer of every furniture in every room meticulously planned. The guys listened to our concerns, offered options, respected our belongings, and especially the walls and surfaces of both the old and the new place.We've got a few friends planning to move soon, and we'll definitely be recommending these guys.

From the first minute I contacted Removalist on the Run it was nothing short of professionalism and friendliness. Gracie was amazing in the office and no question was too small or large. Zaid and Jesse (the crew on the day) worked so hard and were a pleasure to be around. They constantly checked in and made sure I was happy. The icing on the cake was the day after the move, I was exhausted and needed to do some laundry, thinking I was going to have to hook up the machines but to my delight I found it was already done and ready for a load. Its the small things like this which shows what an amazing service you really get. I would recommend this company time and time again to anyone that asks!
