Being a tiler I have been buying supplies there for nearly 20 years. Tim and the team give excellent advice and prompt service. Orders are allways on time and if i have technical problems they allways find aanswers for me. Would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered 45sm of floor tiles and ended up with the wrong size arriving. We were blamed for the mixed up and told we would have to pay an additional $500 courier and restocking fee. Confirmed that we had ordered the correct tile, it was a staff error in the order, so they “did us a favour” and didn’t charge us the fee. Took over 60 minutes to sort it out and staff were annoyed, rude and unhelpful. Took over 45 minutes to get tiles loaded into our ute when they Finally arrived a week and a half later and ended up with a whole box of broken tiles due to careless rushed loading.Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend despite being a local business.

Very unhappy. Bought 4 boxes of tile (4.12 sq.m.) from them at $107.12 and without telling us they charged an additional of $20 courier fee. We checked the receipt after we picked up the tiles and called them, they lied that we said it was urgent so they couriered it down from Brisbane for us to pick up. Can't believe a big shop can twist the story like that. If I can give a zero star I would. It is not about the $20, it is a matter of principle. We will never go back again.

Just been to Burleigh Tiles. Didn't send much and wasn't there long. Did have a telephone conversation with Yvette beforehand. Met Nicole behind the counter and a chap in the stores whose name I didn't catch, but in every respect they made it probably the best shopping experience I've had in years. I wish I had more tiling to do so I could go back. They were warm, friendly, willing, charming in every respect. I've no idea whether the prices were good; I'd go back even if they weren't (and I suspect they'd have to be competitive, anyway). Surely the whole business must be like that? You couldn't be that happy working somewhere that wasn't. Thanks heaps Burleigh Tiles.

Excellent selection of tiles & ALL staff are extra helpful. I can definitely recommend this Tile store. We have used their tiles on several projects so far & will definitely use again .

Best tiling supply company in Burleigh hands down. After having a tiling emergency we walked into the showroom about 45 mins before closing (alot less by the time we chose) asking for in stock tiles we could pick up straight away. The guys really looked after us and even took the time when we were trying to choose between two designs. Loaded us up and saved us from an extra few days of not having any floor. We will deffinantly purchase again and will reccommend to any one who will listen. Customer service is on point guys.
