What an amazing experience using trans direct. I have never had to use a courier before and the online service was easy to navigate. The pick up was prompt along with the delivery of goods. Safely and in perfect condition. Thank you trans direct and TNT.

I made a booking for a delivery to be picked up on the 9.03.2023, when I checked the following day if it had been collected the staff member told me it had not been, we confirmed the address and the request was rebooked. The following day the package was never collected. On the Friday I was told to wait out the weekend and 'see' if it gets collected.Each time I call I am told that the matter has been escalated to the manager and that the package will be collected soon.It is now the 14th of March and the package has still not been collected and I have received no correspondence from any Manager or other staff members in relation to the matter.Now the product is stuck in Sydney, I have gone to a different provider because Transdirects' solution management was not efficient.

Using Transdirect was so simple, quick and cost effective way to use. Collection was as per the time slot I requested. I needed a 20kg item to be transported from Sydney to Melbourne. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Charged me an extra $40 for an overweight parcel even though pack and send weighed and measured it for me which showed they were wrong.Edit: I had Pack and Send measure the parcel which showed it was significantly smaller dimensions than Transdirects claims.

I've started using Transdirect recently after previously having used Sendle and I wish I had changed earlier. Much wider range of couriers, much better pricing and more timely pickups. Just the other day I booked a pickup of a small parcel to go across town. I made the booking in the early afternoon for pickup the following morning and I was surprised to have a knock at the door from an Aramex lady wanting the parcel about 2 hours later.

1980s website but great service and pricing. Can't work out how to sync with our site but working on that at the moment.Unlike other third-party providers, the couriers Transdirect allocate for the job actually turn up.

I posted a 1 star review as an overnight express service took 8 days and I had no satisfactory response from their customer service, in fact is was extremely poor. After escalating the issue to management, they did eventually provide a partial refund that I thought was fair so have revised my review from 1 star to 4, given they acknowledged the service was not satisfactory.

Fairly easy to book. The quoting system was very good. Adding the pick-up address and delivery address didn't indicate that the street number and street was already there because the information was there from the quote. It is good that this doesn't have to be re-entered, but system should indicate this.
