Hello.My family from over seas ordered flowers for my bday a couple of months ago and I was a bit underwhelmed with their appearance. Not sure if it was because it was the end of the day that they seemed to have been fading away even before they were delivered. When I asked the delivery person if the appearance was normal to receive in that manner they said yes. Is that correct?
