Normally really good, but tonight was a massive let down…. Pizza was cold base was like cardboard, bottle of coke that was delivered was half empty, 45 min later a new bottle turns up. I get everyone gets busy but if you can’t keep up with the demand stop taking orders and letting people down….

Pizza was ok....not the best in town or the best value.Don't think I will be going back, stick with westside takeaway or pizza hood.

Whenever you are in a Echuca make sure to pop in and grab yourself a pizza at Roma’s. Great delicious pizzas, heaps of toppings, friendly staff, decently priced!! You will not be disappointed!!

Ok so we arrived there around 7.30pm and as we booked earlier, they have reserved a table at the back for us. Not too crowded for a group of 8, which we were, to go unnoticed. Menu looked ok and my mom was a vegetarian so we ordered some starters as there weren’t many vege options as mains. We also ordered a Moscato bottle and kid sized pizzas for our 3 kids in the group. Drinks arrived and everything was happening quite nicely UNTIL…. one of the ladies decided to put a piping hot pizza in front of a 2 year old! Well, you might have guessed correctly if you are a parent. The kid went straight to the pizza with so much excitement.. and… well I said it was piping hot! His tiny fingers got burned and we had to spend the rest of the evening trying to cool his fingers down and he was crying hysterically every time he accidentally touched something else with those burned fingers. This boy was quite an amazing strong hearted one and will only cry if it’s really the last choice! His parents were frantic trying to put those fingers in cold water and ice (the first time the waiter came with some ice but the second time we had to ask for more ice), to stop the pain. Yeah, so as you imagined one careless mistake, which IMO should not have taken place as not putting a hot plate in front of a kid of any size without any warning shouldn’t have been an option at all, ruined that whole evening for us. The boy continued to cry during night as there were blisters on his fingers. These are the kind of mistakes restaurants get sued for. Also the last minute we might have ended paying two times as my husband paid and then even our friend got there to pay and the lady who charged my husband stayed watching until our friend dragged out his card to pay. My husband had to run to the cashier to say that it was already paid for at which point the lady who took the payment from my husband who was literally just standing there watching it all happened mentioned very calmly that it was already paid for… So if my husband didn’t see this from happening, instead of a sincere apology for their mistake, our group would have paid twice. That was the last nail in the coffin for me to not come to this place again! We did mention our dissatisfaction to one of the staff members but will never know whether this was communicated to the right people. This is my personal experience and I wanted to put in out here so anyone with kids would know better!

Ordered pizza at 5 to get delivered at 5.45, after 4 phone calls pizza arrived at 7.30 was not happy, lady who delivered pizza was lovely, people on phone had no idea until I asked to speak to the manager, then eventually got somewhere and got pizza 20 mins later. Pizza was nice but have had better

This has become our family's favorite place to go every time we visit Echuca. We've attended this establishment 3 times in the last 5 weeks, and every time, we've been greeted by the same wonderful waitress. She makes this place a fun and enjoyable atmosphere, especially with our kids in toe. No matter how busy or quiet, she's patient, attentive, and charming.The food here is also nothing less than fantastic with generous serving sizes and astonishing prices.Thanks for a great experience, we'll definitely be back.

Always love getting food from these guys!Their pastas are absolutely amazing every time I order them! Won’t get a pasta from anywhere else
