Drove in and drove out an hour later having placed an order for a new i30 after test driving a couple of options. Best service, great caring advice from John in Hyundai.We placed our order 5:20 pm Friday afternoon and it was ready for collection 10:30 Monday morning.Can't ask better than that.So happy we took the time to drive to the Highlands

Incompetent. Wasn't until I'd arrived and unloaded that they told me the part hadn't arrived. I booked the car in over 4 weeks ago, they only ordered the part last week. Very frustrated. Even got a text message confirming the booking the day before, obviously no- one bothered to check. They couldn't even tell me when the part might arrive. Was a standard part for a recall, so wasn't a new thing. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Apparently this Hyundai is not as good as Camden. According to the service advisors you need to go to Camden to get hard issues fixed on a car with a few thousand kms on it. Astounding.

I had a great experience buying a car for the first time with Southern Highlands Hyundai! I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted but Alex was so helpful throughout the whole process and I couldn’t be happier with the car I ended up with. I never felt any pressure, the car looked beautiful when I picked it up and I was taken through all the different features and settings before I left. Couldn’t recommend enough!

It was effortless. They were warm and welcoming and I wasn't pressured in any way. I was not exactly sure what vehicle I wanted but I did know the features that were important to me. The salesman went through the features, listened to my needs and took me for a test drive in the vehicle he thought matched what I was looking for. My car was delivered on time and in perfect condition and time was taken to explain all the features before leaving the dealership. I could not rate them highly enough.
