We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in this lovely clean, comfortable and modern apartment in Mildura. It was well located in easy walking distance to the main part of town. We would happily stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, very well appointed and pet friendly. Lovely chocolates on arrival and air conditioning on when we got in (heat wave conditions outside). The beds and lounges were comfy, the kitchen with dishwasher was great and has everything you need. The washer/dryer was really useful and clothes dried outside super quick on the line. The two courtyards (front and back) were ideal for the dogs. Great location and central to everywhere we had to go on our visit. Would highly recommend staying here and if we’re travelling outback again would definitely book in at the Olive Apartments.

We were lucky enough to snag an Easter booking at late notice. The apartment is in excellent condition, very clean, has a dishwasher, very comfortable beds, huge tv and a folder containing a lot of helpful information. Location was central and within walking distance to the main street containing bars and restaurants. Also, dog friendly which was fabulous. Dealing with the host was very easy and I would highly recommend these apartments.

Modern, bright, well-equipped, comfortable. Two courtyards! A great location close to a wide variety of shops. Absolutely recommended.

A great place to stay with our Scottie Mia - very central to the cafe and restaurant area in Mildura. The unit is well renovated and equipped with all that one needs for self catering. The unit also has a private rear courtyard and a small front courtyard as well. It is also close to the wonderful parks and walking tracks along the Murray River (Dogs on Lead) and close to a fully fenced and secure off lead area- one for small dogs and one for larger dogs

I highly recommend 112 Olive apartments. I recently stayed for 3 nights in a Vogue exec apartment. Absolutely beautiful, a home away from home. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Being on my own I felt very secure with a security gate at both the front and back entrances. Lovely linen and towels and very important to me a very comfortable bed. Having a courtyard at both the back and the front was great as my little dog was travelling with me. The owner was lovely to deal with for the booking and confirmation process (I booked direct). It was a very cold day when I arrived and to find the heater had already been put on when I arrived and the apartment was lovely and warm was very much appreciated after a very long drive. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I was going back to Mildura. 10/10

What a hidden gem this place is! Spacious, affordable, wonderful location, clean, comfortable! Communication was fantastic, the unit was perfect, a great little home away from home for our five nights. Everything was provided, and we had a great time. Will be checking availability for every trip to Mildura!

What a phenomenal apartment and thoughtful experience. The hosts even go to the detail of having spare washing powered, salt and paper, dishwashing liquid and oil for cooking. This place is a must stay for the peace and quiet, allowance of a dog, and proximity to the city. Thanks heaps for such a relaxing and carefree experience in Mildura.

very clean comfortable accommodation in great location walking distance to CBD.A lot of thought in providing a welcoming environment eg cold water in fridge,kitchen facilities excellent, few snacks supplied plus great patio area. The information booklet supplied by owners was first class in all areas. They wanted us to have an enjoyable time which we did. Highly recommend.Will stay again
