Neighbourhood Architecture
We feel extremely lucky and grateful to have had Chris design our house. While we had some ideas about our own style and what we liked, there was a lot we didn’t know. Chris brought many design options, was flexible in making the adjustments we wanted, and provided so much helpful advice. Getting an 8 star energy rating for our house was very important to us, as well as using sustainable materials where possible - Chris helped us achieve this. Chris is a very talented architect and I would highly recommend him and neighbourhood architecture. Thank you Chris!

Neighbourhood Architecture
We worked with Brendan on the design of our upcoming build. We not only had a challenging block to work with but also the added challenge of strict design guidelines we needed to comply with. If those challenges weren’t enough, we had a COVID lockdown thrown into the mix too. Brendan was incredibly responsive to these challenges and never once seemed phased or put off. His great communication skills and willingness to work through these issues with us has resulted in a house design that we love and we can’t wait to commence building.

We worked with Brendan for our full knock down rebuilt project and couldn't be happier. We have an amazing energy efficient house that is modern and architecturally pleasing ! Neighbourhood Architecture
Chris was fantastic to work with. He worked with with my wife and I to value add to our design and help bring our plan to reality. We have taken an 80's Monash three bedroom home, rated half a star and turned it into a 7.5 star home. Chris has been wonderful throughout the whole process, even helping us throughout the build when issues have arisen, to make sure our vision stayed on track.
