Service NSW

Been here a few times and the first few times, customer service was actually prompt, professional and really very good.The very last time we went though was a totally different story, involving the person who triages customers, and the security guard.Now normally when a place is about to close, and there is a line:A/ The place shuts the door earlier according to how many people are in the queue, and serves the remaining said customers.B/ The place shuts the door on time and serves the remaining said customers, turning everyone else away.Common sense right?Well I arrived about 40 minutes before closing time, waited for 40 minutes to get to near the front of the queue, then ON THE DOT, the customer service agent simply went We are closed

Really helpful and nice place. Thank you very much for the staff who help me solve account problems. I am so sorry that I forget to ask the gentleman’s name. I applied vouchers for my kid recently. however, I failed many times for applying online due to I have more than one account. The gentleman helped me for a long time : logged in and created account; called the call center. It spent nearly one hour to solve my problem. Thank you soooooo much.

Worst services! Being sarcastic, rude and disrespectful. And they are very good in Oscar’s acting, pretending they are busy doing something.

Quickly, attentive and super friendly. Always a pleasure to go to service NSW. Everyone complaining hasn’t gone through bureaucracy in other countries - the fact that you can get your photo taken for free and on site, that you can use computers and even print documents. I’m honestly so impressed.And the staff is so well educated too.Today there has been a guy who came without a shirt but with two dogs and nevertheless he’s been treated to friendly and respectful. (The dogs were adorable anyways).I appreciate such service a lot.

There’s no way to complain if there is an issue with a document. I paid $135 for “rush service” only to have a certificate turn up a week after it was supposed to with the wrong birthday on it. I don’t blame the individual staff but this centralised system is poorly run. Streamlining different departments like this is fine until you have a complex query, but then nobody can help you and there’s no phone number to ring.

kve is the most professional and patient of all the service nsw I have encountered.. Very good to provide overseas driver's license for nsw driver's license help and service!

Went for an eyesight test for my driving licence renewal and it was the smoothest and fastest experience at the service nsw ever. Lady at the check in counter was very friendly and straight away took me to the counter for the test. Super quick! Thank you team.

Went here to have my overseas licence coverted after being denied twice at another service location even though I meet all criteria based on Transport NSW website. The lady helping here me was really knowledgeable and did her best to properly process my conversion. I appreciate that even if my case needed more time and effort than necessary to conplete, she pursued on completing it and did not stop working on it.

I wanna say thank you to the check-in staff and Tracey for going out of their way to help me get my L license. I missed my test because I forgot to bring document, Tracey still let me take the test after the clock and helped me get refund on my duplicate booking.

The wait to he get to a counter to renew a driving licence is huge. Staff are awesome, but the all purpose service centre idea is not delivering a better service to NSW citizens. At least for renewing licences
