Booked in for windscreen replacement at 12pm.At 1.15 the technician comes and tells me he won’t be able to start my job for another 30 mins or so.I was told over the phone it was a 2.5 job which then became a 3 hour job and with 90 mins delay to start would have been 4.5 hours. Not good enough in my books.Only 1 qualified technician and 2 trainees.If you don’t have the staff don’t take the bookings.

Arrived much earlier than my appointment time and they were more than accommodating to start replacing my windscreen.Jacob asked me a few questions about my car and if there was anything they needed to know. There was a slight defect with the new windscreen and another bloke (sorry I didn't catch your name!) walked me through the details, to see if I was happy to proceed. They also pointed out the housing for my automatic rain sensor had been previously damaged (by another company) and they were able to affix it back as best they could.They also asked if I would like my dash camera wires to be hidden better around the driver and passenger area - which I was grateful for. My dash camera bracket was removed with care and they also provided new adhesive.Windscreen was replaced, Jacob handed over the keys with a couple of instructions, such as no high pressure washing for a couple of days while the glue dries, and off I went.The waiting area was well equipped with a pod coffee machine, water, biscuits and TV.Thank you for the above and beyond customer service and workmanship!

These guys know how to fit windscreens .They were Good to fit my new windscreen on my vintage car at my garage so I can prep the body before install.. At least I'll see through the glass again.See you soon.

Had the windscreen replaced on our car due to a crack appearing. Now they did a good job but I was not happy with the rubber trim it had aged and now didn't fit as well.Went back and showed the new manager Brett, who promptly set about resetting and glueing the trim in place. Now it is still old but it looks like it used to.Brett's attention to detail is impressive and deserving of 5 stars

Very friendly, quick, and professional. Fixed my problem on the spot without the need for me to even get out of the drivers seat. Highly recommend.

Waited over a month for a glass replacement. Loads of emails asked for info and reminders. Morning came waited an hour for visit to have a phone call to say guy was sick. Took the day off to get sorted. Was offered an apartment 2 weeks later. Refused. Refund. Very poor survive. Wouldn’t recommend

Sprinter motorhome front windscreen replacement.Everyone that I spoke with had great customer service. Everything was explained to me throughout the process. The staff were all courteous and friendly and helpful. I would recommend this branch to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS SERVICE.I waited 4 weeks for O'Briens to come and replace a windshield. They were scheduled to come at 8am on Saturday 4 February 2023 between 8am and 12pm. I called at 10am to follow up, they said to call back closer to 12pm. By 11:50am no one arrived. I called at 12pm, and they said the technician was coming late and would arrive between 12:30pm and 1:40pm. THEN, at 1:40pm I got a call saying the technician was SICK and they would have to reschedule for a time more than 2 weeks away.DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE ON TIME. I took Saturday off work to be home after waiting 3 weeks for the appointment.I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS FOR POOR SERVICE IF i COULD. What is the point of all your fancy SMSes and online booking systems IF YOU DON'T EVEN ROCK UP TO DO THE JOB.

My issue with O’briens wasn’t the nice guy who did repair. He was great. Quality !My issue is O’Brien call centre system absolutely appalled getting passed around 4 times and not getting my details correct. Telling me I had to wait a week when I knew Marion had my screen in stock. Then telling me it would take 4 days to transfer the screen to a suburb of my choice 30 minutes drive.Asking me what the location addresses were for the repair centres. In the end Marion came to my home. But such a circus to get to that point. ELIMINATE CALL CENTRE ISSUES
