I have been working with Sam Yapa & Sherridon Homes over last 18 months, constructing few investment properties in Gippsland.Throughout my building journey with all my builds, Sam has been exceptional to deal with.As an investor, his knowledge significantly helped me with customizing floorplans ,deciding inclusions to suit different demographics, which benefited me to get the best return over my investment.His guidance through the build process, understanding my needs and attention for details was beyond expectation.I would highly recommend Sherridon Homes for their build quality ,value for money and also Sam for his wonderful service.

We visited this display home not really intending to purchase but just because we wanted to get some ideas. When we arrived we were greeted by Sam and over the course of the visit, and subsequent calls, we were impressed with Sam's professionalism, knowledge and fantastic service. We loved this home layout and the ability to make some minor changes, so we decided that this was the right builder and design for us.Our decision to purchase was based on the design, which we love, and Sam's wonderful service and assistance.

We are first home buyers and didn’t have much knowledge about building a house. Sam was very helpful and explained everything step by step. We had thousand of questions to ask and still he managed to answer everything with patience☺️. Sam is well organised and a humble person with tons of experience in his field. He recommended us upgraded package with all the inclusions we needed. I highly recommend anyone (specially the first home buyers) to reach him and and make your housing dreams come true!!

We had purchased titled land and having sold, had the money in the bank and are renting pending building. Firstly we could not find a builder to commence a custom home before mid 2023 then we went to a building company, that took 3.5 months to get us nowhere and very slow with all communications we were so upset we pulled out and lost our initial deposit - then we found by chance Sherridon and Sam Yapa - within a month we had a tender, plans that were amended to suit our needs and the selection of all our building items and at this point in time we should be on site and commencing in 8 weeks. Sam is very responsive and professional we can highly recommend using this Co. and Sam if you want to build. Just hope the final product is as good as the people we have met so far.

My partner and I walked in with no intentions to buy right then and there. Although Sam gave us an opportunity that we didn’t think was possible as we’re first home buyers and don’t have a whole lot of knowledge on it all. Sam has been wonderful in helping us understand more and accommodating our interests. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us into our first home.

The hardest part about building a new house was the planning stage. We were hyper-vigilant to make sure all the details were correct. We spent countless hours reviewing plans to make sure it was what we wanted or as we had discussedI was nervous about process but we felt very supported and well guided by our sale consultant Sam second home with Sherridon just because we recieved excellent service from Sam as he has gone deeply through each and everything for our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend Sherridon homes if anyone want to build their new home
