Don’t go there to buy public transportation ticket, told us the tickets were 24h when actually it expired at the end of the day. Don’t recommend at all

Manner less staff very rude... never going again thereThe manager and staff vary in manners and basic customer service.There is a grumpy attendant called Deep on inMornings never says hello and generally a very unpleasant person..clearly hates her job .Management needs to look at hiring staff with some level of people skills.Not my favourite store by any means do my best to not stop here!Cannot believe this is affiliated with 7 eleven.Poor customer service. I never left bad reviews to anyone before, but feel this should let everyone know. Do not go to this petrol station for fuel, they rip you off and abuse you, if you have to buy a drink from that place please check the amount they charge you!

Very poor service, when I pulled up to try and get fuel there where 4 people standing at the door waiting for the worker to open the door, waited 5 mins for the attendant to start the pump so I could fill my car up then as I went to pay he had the door locked and was looking at me but didn't open the door, it wasn't until I yelled out is the fuel here free? Then he opened the door, very rude staff too busy having a nap out the back or on the phone to his mates, I'm so sick of appauling customer service at this servo, I don't think I will bother returning

Very bad behaviour went their to buy milk the girl on the counter didn't even say hello when i said hello she didn't even bother to reply back. Still i was like its ok might be exhausted but when one of the other customer standing behind me she greeted good.#Racist#

Common sense 0Arrived as a passenger, walked in and bought a drink while my mother was fueling her vehicle. As I got back into the passenger seat the attendant was calling out over the PA that I needed to pay for fuel (at this stage my mother was replacing the fuel cap and walking inside)Stationary vehicle and I’m sitting in the passenger seat, apology to my mother was lacking as she was embarrassed to go in like she had done something wrong.Good job, not like you couldn’t see I was the passenger and someone else was the driver. Bit of common sense instead of unapologetically embarrassing clients. This is why I hate 7/11s they just don’t have a damn clue.

At Midnight the clerk would not unlock the fuel for 10min and just kept doing stock even though I was there. Drove my car around the front and honked my car horn and he still would not unlock the fuel. himanshim I think his name tag said.

If like myself you want to drain your fuel tank ect, yes buy there dirty or water in there fuel. Not happy at all and will never get fuel from 7-11 ever again.

Yesterday, i came to this store and Staff of this 7 eleven is not nice because they don't smile when they meet customers even they don't do greetings as well. This is so rude. Be happy on your work, if you are not happy with your profession then leave it rather than disappointing.

I got the works car wash which stated that it made the vehicle touch dry. You had to slowly drive through the blowers which blew for a very small time leaving the car soaked which is a complete waste of time given the Gold Coast is a dust bowl at the moment and my car was covered in it by the time I got home.Spent $14 for nothing. I doubt that the machine could dry the average persons hair for the amount of time it blew. The 7 eleven “ soft wash “ sucksDon’t waste your money
