I was going to get a new set of 4 tyres and wheels this week as my Rego inspection requires it and packages are usually a good deal; however one of their drivers was being an absolute terror on the road to myself and others in the branded work ute. They were tailgating everyone they ended up behind, VERY aggressively, they did so to me while I was in the left lane, doing 5km over the limit before cutting around me and brake checking me?It was 11:50ish a few days ago, so he must have been in a real big rush to get some lunch... That is totally worth endangering the lives of dozens of people on the road, right?I know it makes zero difference to your bottom line, but Bob Jane has lost my business, I've told my family, colleagues and friends to go to Beaurepaires down the road as they are actually very friendly, and cheaper anyway. After showing them the dash-footage, they all agree with my opinion and suggestion.Please tell your drivers, if they are on the road driving vehicles with your brand name plastered all over it, to drive like a normal person.There is no tyre related emergency that could possibly excuse such dangerous and aggressive driving. Check yourselves, and tell your drivers to grow up and act like adults instead of angry children when on the road.

I always go to Bob Jane for any tyre-related issues. Today, we discovered that one of the J track tyres has nails pierced the shoulder, so I had to replace it. Ali was so kind. He said we are covered since it's a J Track tyre, so we don't need to pay anything. And they turned me around in 30 minutes. What a fantastic service. I genuinely recommend their honesty and professionalism.

These lads at Castle Hill have helped me on 2 x occasions now. Every time the price has been better than advertised, the service times booked and the work has been spot on. Great customer service ethic lads. I will keep coming back

I recently purchased a vehicle that was missing a wheel bolt. I called these guys and spoke to Ali who was extremely helpful. I explained my situation and without hesitation he asked me to bring my car. A couple of workers had a look and found one that fits. They fixed it at no charge! Will definitely come back! I asked a friend where I should get a slow leak in my back tyre fixed and he told me to come here and he was right. They did an awesome job. Fair price and finished in under 30minutes. I highly recommend them

Sent through a price match request, got a call from Brenton who offered a great deal on a new set of Falken Wildpeaks. Booked in the next morning with no hassles, quick and appears as they did a great job on the wheel alignment. Plus the painted black wheel weights was a nice touch, will be back

I’ve been here quite a few times with either nails in my tyres or completely replacing them and have had nothing but top, honest service. The guys there are helpful and reliable.
