I called to ask about availability for today, the lady said 5.15pm. Then I received a call at 4.22pm to tell me that my booking has been rescheduled to 4.30pm. So i had to rush to get there on time. Based on the reviews on google about this business, I thought I would have a great time. Well, this is my first time and last time for this place. They don't accept HCF insurance cards for remedial massages. The massage was useless, no pressure at all... The phone kept ringing and the next appointment arrived 30 minutes in advance so the lady was very rush. The one hour massage was actually a 45 - 50 minute massage. Terrible experience.

This place is lucky enough to receive the one star! I am placing this review for others to be aware of the unprofessional, rude, disgusting behaviour from the staff that work there. Very racist … as soon as we walked into this place, we we’re told we’re late for our booking. They had booked us in for the wrong appt time, & noted the wrong phone number. They wanted us to pay for the one hour in advance knowing we would be rushed as they stuffed up our appt time. So it’s our fault! We declined to accept this and their behaviour changed. We will never again walk into this massage place!

After having severe neck pains and back problems, I had made a decision to visit YinDee Thai Massage since the reviews were good and outstanding. I was lucky to be able to get a spot with the owner of this place, she was fabulous, nice friendly service and her massage skills were superb. Had to say, she knew where all my tensions spots were and were spot on to ask me information and explaining to me in full detail on why I am having neck pain and back pains. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! One of the best places in Sydney!!
