The only good Doctor at this place no longer practices there (Jasmine Wong). Don’t bother with either Zahid or Akter. Both are dismissive and don’t listen to their patients concerns at all. Just want you to book additional appointments so they can make money off you. Scammers. Zero star rating for these two quacks.

Have had issues at this practice in the past, but I wanted to get in and see a Dr quick, so I took the booking with them. The Dr I had was great. But then this week for a follow up, more issues with the practice (not the Dr), waited 90mins then was told the admin person didn't put me on the system.

Love couple of the doctors there but the waiting time with an appointment is ridiculous. 75 mins of waiting time. Doctor wasn’t seeing a patient, it looks like he was talking to a sale person or going through some information/data on a laptop with someone else. I would give no star if I am allowed.

Hi i am posting this review regarding my appointment today in this Medical Center with Dr. Aisha Zahid at 0120 pm. I call practice reception at 01:05 pm. And inform i am running 5 min late. Please inform to Dr. He said its ok. And at 01:24 i was at practice. Receptionist is busy on phone and then engaged with someone before me. And then he said dr. Said me he/she can’t see you. I was disappointed and inform him its not practice.

Moved to Aveley a couple of months ago and started attending this centre when required and never once have I come out with a great experience (I kept trying to give it chances) The wait times are crazy (I waited 90 minutes one time and then ended up walking out) the staff are so unprofessional and not at all friendly, kind or helpful. The worst experience we had was the nurse giving our little girl her wrong jab!!!!!!! I sent my husband down with with my little girl to get her '12 month jabs' he had her purple book with her so if any nurse was doing her job right she would see in the book the next jab required was 12 months, the nurse spoke very little English but my husband give her the book and said she is here for her 12 month jabs. Anyway, when he got home and I looked at the book the nurse did not give her the 12 months jab, instead give her the flu jab!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My Husband went back down and no staff were helpful in the situation, he explained the nurse just give her the wrong jab and the reception just said 'oh no, the nurse has finished for the day' no help at all. safe to say we will never be returning to this awful, run down medical centre. Would not recommend to anyone!

We are lucky enough to not have had to see a GP for a while, but we had been patients of this practice since opening in 2012/2013 and so booked online, as always had done in the past. This last visit was very disappointing and I’m unable to recommend this practice. I am writing this review so other potential patients are aware and can make an informed decision. When you book online there is no notification that this practice has changed to private billing and it would be courteous to state this as well as the fee structure, as most other medical practices do, rather then find out at the end of the consultation with the doctor and be told to “go to reception on the way out”. The practice, especially the wait area is unclean. The doctor did not listen to the problem and so I left with no constructive help, no resolution and an out of pocket cost. Unfortunately we will not be returning in future as excellent service and cleanliness is expected as basics when you are being charged for a service. Can I please suggest you add a billing notification pop up in the book appointment button, so people can make an informed decision to book an appointment?

Terrible experience. Waited for over and hour and a half for an appointment for my young child in a messy, miserable waiting room strewn with out-of-date flyers and posters everywhere you looked. Had to walk out and skip the appointment in the end due to such poor time management. 15/20 mins is very a reasonable wait, but over 90min with no care by staff is incredibly poor. By the amount of similar reviews, this issue has not been addressed or is just completely ignored.

Worst Doctors surgery I’ve ever attended. Most unprofessional Doctor who I came into contact with working there. Wouldn’t take my sick child in for her appointment because they were running behind themselves yet still made us wait until it should have been her time to go in to let us know she won’t be seen

Not once have I had my appointment met on time. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes pst your scheduled appointment time. Don’t expect any follow up calls. If you call them, they won’t call back. Better off not going to them at all. If you can, find a different practice. Medical practitioners with this level of poor service can put your life in danger for serious conditions. Find a doctor that cares. You won’t find one here though.
