Took our cars here for the first time. The staff and service are great. There pretty straight forward if any work needs to be done in the car. In saying that, I wasn't pressured to do it. Recommendations only... I was happy on the work done to our cars. I'll definitely be back for the next service for sure. It's pretty hard this day to find an honest and reliable auto mechanics. I’m feeling grateful that I found them because they 100% perfect and the best service I’ve received. This is the 1st time I have been into a service after I arrived in Australia. I just requested only the service and they spotted me with every critical matter that I should go through and provided with a live perfect video. Everything was perfectly repaired. I felt new and refreshed with my vehicle. Also, I have recommended them to 2 of my friends who wants to do service sooner. Friendly, professional staff from management through to mechanics. We’ve been taking our family car to the team at Coopers Plains for the past few services and each time we have been impressed with the quality of the work and great customer service.

As a mechanic of over 40 years experience, I made the mistake of agreeing to my son in-law getting his car repaired here and paying for it. I would be ashamed to charge a customer the prices I had to pay for their services. I could have driven the 12 hours interstate, purchased the parts at full retail price and still been in front. Talk about bill padding. I should also mention that contrary to QLD consumer law, no written quote was given outlining cost of parts and labour. Nor were these listed as required under the same consumer laws on their invoice. And shall we not mention on said documentation the incorrect engine is listed. Auto Masters, I think not. Others might be happy with this, but this mechanic sure isn't.

Car went in with hot air from the aircon and it was due for a service. Communication was great with an online enquiry to line up a quote. Ben called with enough time to understand what I wanted done. I got a text the day before (very handy!), and on the day I was sent a 4 min video explaining what and why. I called and we had a discussion regarding the work to be done. Ben calculated the quote and he stuck to it. It was a fair amount of work but all done in the one visit (the manufacturer said parts would take 6 weeks to get in). I will be heading back when my next service is due. Great treatment of a new client.
