Booked for installation of insulation but they did not show on the day.When I got hold of them I was informed they run out of stock.I booked months ago.Poor service.

We were recommended for Rockwool insulation and although most of the staff were still on holiday, Ingrid went above and beyond to help us out.After we got the first batch (wasn't enough), we needed more insulation.Ingrid forward us to Anthony and he went above and beyond as well trying to find stock for what we needed and after trying hard gave us what we needed.An exceptional Customer service, that it's hard to come by these days.Well done!

I've had no reliable air-conditioning for nearly 4 months. The refrigerant had all leaked out by the day we moved in. I moved into my new house on September 23rd in a large development in Strathpine. The developer's builder contracted a multi head Haier air-conditioning install to this company. When I call them, they only tell me to email them. I last emailed them on December 23rd as it has leaked out again (for the third time), and I'm still awaiting a response. It's January 9th today. When their subcontractors finally show up, they just top up the refrigerant again and reconnect the compressor. Their subcontractors have no idea how to find a refrigerant leak and seal it off. They seem to have fired one of their subcontractors, but the new one did the same thing. I suspect they will keep doing this until the warranty expires. I've had weak or no cooling, water dripping onto my walls, my TV and Ikea furniture (have to keep all my furntiure moved far forward), ice falling down randomly onto my carpet, musty smells and high power bills for basically 4 months now. Some of my neighbours who had their installation done by this company have also approached me and told me they are having the exact same issue as I am.
