Terrible, after being assured my van would be delivered on time which got my sale, they ordered the wrong van and said it will be another 6 months wait for the right one. Instead of trying to help the customer they made me pay extra for their mistake. Crooks!

My boyfriend has purchased a van from this dealership, and his review is as follows.Happy with our van, drives real smooth. It does have cheap paint on inside of back cabin of the van, already chipping away.But the customer service aspect of Peugeot at Medindie is horrible.After visiting Peugeot many times to inquire about the van, I had no help from anyone on information about the van or pricing. When I started asking general questions to the salesman there, one of them had to google the questions I was asking them.The first few times I went, no one was helpful to try and help us with pricing or different options that we could explore with the different vans.One of the car salesmen Steven never took the time to help us and would always brush us off whenever we came in to buy the van and he had little to no knowledge about the van either.When I was asking him about pricing, he never gave a straight forward answer and was always telling us prices above what was listed online.Eventually we got help from one of the other salesmen there Luke.He was very helpful and helped us out with pricing and tried to give us different options on what van to buy, and also gave me an ok price for the Peugeot Partner Van I purchased.Unfortunately I was never told the different options between rubber or carpet mats while I was at the dealership and had already ordered carpet mats. Upon doing my own research, I then realised rubber mats were an option (which is more practical for a tradie like myself) and after asking them to swap them for me they said it would be an additional cost!Also they wouldn’t even try and help me out with pricing with car seat covers. They also said they would have to charge me labour to fit them in my van.Overall, I’m not happy with my experience dealing with Peugeot.However, the van itself is pretty good and I’m happy with the speed and power.

Steven was fantastic to deal with. He is very knowledgeable, helpful above the call of duty and came across as very honest and straightforward.

I found out PEUGEOT car is very well made car.I drive a van feeling is fantastic.The staff is very helpful.Supportive.I am very glad to changed from Subaru.
