A few repairs need to be done. Oven had to be cleaned due excess oil on the walls and smoke was coming out while cooking. Beds very hard and bathroom tiles slippery because there was no mop to use.

Fabulous views and great location right on Middleton beach.The location sold us and we extended an extra night.It does not look a million dollars from the outside, but it is clean and tidy inside, sleeping around 8 people, with kitchen, dining table, main open area and front deck. Plenty of room for the family.Enjoyed relaxing on the deck with a drink and enjoying the views.Pet friendly, our three girls (Papillions) loved the stay, settled in just like it was home.We enjoyed trips to Goolwa, Middleton & Port Elliot, dining out at Cockles Cafe, Corio Hotel & Hotel Elliot, but yet to sample the famous Port Elliot Bakery Pies.Recommended.

tried to get a quote .......nothing!! dont worry about it, its easier to go overseas...the US or Hawaii, cheaper ,and better anyway
