In the three years that we have been using Cleanworks to clean our offices, I can honestly say the service has been nothing short of amazing. They have been responsive to all of our needs through all levels of the organisation, from account management, finance, cleaners, q.a., etc. From time to time we have had non-standard requests but Cleanworks have always picked up on the challenge and helped us work out the most appropriate approach. I can’t recommend them more highly.

I have had nothing but problems since our Account Manager changed. The quality is poor and the office spaces are filthy. All they want to do is get me to enter into another contract when this one is still current and the quality is disgusting. Not happy at all.

I have just started at cleanworks and have thoroughly enjoyed working with the guys that I work with we all get in and help each other on friday night to complete the cleaning.the management staff are amazing and always there to answer your call to them if not sure about things .What a great company to work with im very happy.

Troy, Louise and the team have been brilliant to work with. Troy's first impression was what landed them our contract, Louise went the extra mile to make sure our deep clean was to her standard, the team are very attentive, quick to fix mistakes, and very accommodating when asked to change their schedule. Very impressed and highly recommended!

Worst experience we have ever had. We used this company for over 12months, we were lied to at the outset about who would be doing the cleaning. every issue we had was ignored or responded to in a rude manner, would never take responsibility for anything. On our final clean last week they left a big bag of rubbish in our garden. When the manager Teresa Robinson came in to drop of the key we pointed it out to her and while we were talking she simply walked out the front closed the door on us WHILE WE WERE TRYING TO SPEAK TO HER (in our own premises) and left. I emailed them again and not a single reply even cc'ing in the Qld manager, no acknowledgement. Do yourself a favour and never use these guys.

We use Cleanworks for 4 of our childcare centres in Sydney, they have a great team and have good communications with the clients. Their prices are reasonable and are willing to work with the clients needs. Angela and Wayne have been great to deal with any issues they are on top of it and following it up with us, we have maintain a good relationships over the years. I would recommend them to other businesses that require professional cleaning.CheersMaria CBS

We could not have had a worse experience with this company on a whole. Since moving to a new company our office is noticeably so much cleaner. They have no working phone lines to get in contact with anyone from their accounts team. Communication is very slow if you're lucky to get any. I worked back and forth with the accounts team over a payment we made that they credited to a different customer and tried to double charge us. The worst cleaning company I have ever come across.

BEWARE!!We contracted Cleanworks to clean some pavers, a glass awning and the tiles walls at our unit complex.They sub-contracted the work.The sub-contracters came around to inspect the job and were confident they could clean everything.When they came on the day they didn’t have all the equipment or the chemicals.The job they did on the pavers was good but the glass awning looked exactly the same as did the wall tiles.It’s not that they didn’t clean them it seems they either didn’t have the correct materials or they just didn’t know what they were doing!!I followed up with the director Casey who was going to check with the sub-contactors and get right back to me in a couple of days after the weekend.......Weeks later no word, no response - he doesn’t answer the phone or return Emails or messages.....Just to be clear - when inspected prior to cleaning the sub contractors were extremely confident they could clean the awning and during the cleaning process were confident with the correct or extra chemicals they could get it looking 'pristine' to quote them...... now when they reply to this review (not call, return calls or reply to Emails) they claim it was too far gone......Dodgy cowboys - beware!

I applied for work.the atatude from the guy I w a s talking too was pretty poor too say the least I don't know why I should have tooo trough the third degree as too why I did not call them back as I did not receive a message and none of.his business end of story

Cleanworks regularly cleans our office. We found them to be very thorough and professional. They are also very easy to deal with.
