Edge Early Learning Nundah

As a first time mother nervous about returning to full time work, I am so grateful for Edge Early Learning Nundah and all the staff there. My daughter has been in the nursery since she was six weeks old (now 4 months) and I feel so sure she is in warm, safe, and capable hands. I will boast to anyone who asks about her full time educators, who are so nurturing and attentive to her needs, and I am continually impressed with how well all the staff in the nursery interact with all the kids in there. The children are all really happy.The room is enriching and I love all the outdoor play. Her teachers facilitate exercises to help her reach her milestones (currently tummy time and rolling), and are so happy to give me a quick debrief on her day. I enjoy getting Storypark updates each day that tell me about her days activities also.It is so assuring to feel that Edge have helped my baby settle in to daycare so well. It makes returning to work that much easier and I would absolutely recommend to family and friends.

Unfortunately there were a combination of concerns with the care being provided at Edge. As a first time mum, i wasn't sure if it was me being paranoid or things i should genuinely be worrying about. However after speaking to my husband who felt similar following a pick up one day and enrolling and starting care at another facility - I wish i had trusted those instincts sooner. I feel as though professionalism and safety standards need a significant review.

My son received a facial injury at this centre in early 2020. I don't exactly know what happened as I was told that my son broke out in a rash, when in fact it was serious bruising (proven over the coming days). I removed my son from their care immediately following advice from our regular GP and the Children's Hospital. I question the quality of staff at this centre due to the nature in which this case was dealt with and would not recommend Edge Early Learning, Nundah to anyone.

Nundah Edge is the most supportive daycare I have experienced. The educators are so special and work so hard for our children each and every day. Kate as centre director is always hands on also when required. It’s an incredible place and has made the daycare transition so easy.

First daycare my daughter went to. It was the most amazing experience. The staff were amazing with caring for my bub and helping her reach her milestones. They were very flexible and understanding with my schedule. They all genuinely cared for my girl, which put me at ease with entering into daycare for the first time. The facility is outstanding. It is all very new, clean and organised. A lot of thought has gone into each room to enhance the children’s learning. My daughter loved all the toys available and learnt so many things. She became so much more confident and started ‘chatting’ a lot more. I have even chosen to not enrol my daughter in any daycares in our new town because Edge Early Learning set my expectations so high! Would 100% recommend this daycare for anyone looking to enrol. It’s the best decision I have made for my daughter and myself.

We love being apart of the Edge family. Our daughter loves her days that she goes to kindy and Kate, Sarah and the whole team always go out of their way to help with any concerns. Miss Liz and all of the educators are second to none and our daughter has been so well prepared to start school next year.

Amazing so far! My boys are in kindy and nursery. Staff are always friendly to us and take the time to talk at both drop off and pick up times. The children are well looked after and they have so many amazing learning experiences through the day. Thank you Edge Nundah!

All three of my children have been enrolled at Edge. I am very happy with the care and education they receive and they have made some lovely friends. The staff are always friendly and professional. The facilities are clean, safe and good fun for the kids.

I went for a tour and found around 6 to 7 babies in charged of 1 girl who left them alone and crying to go to another room to change another baby. When I saw the girl’s face, she was clearly annoyed. After this, I received an email saying I “missed” my tour when I actually went there. Very suspicious if you ask me.
