A 15 minute wait in the drive thru only to receive a Bacon and EGG Mcmuffin WITHOUT THE EGG. Terrible service and no food quality checks clearly. Extremely disappointing!!!

Store entry has changed so you are greeted with yellow coffee boxes. The area you collect your food from is squashed into the corner there is no where to stand except by the door. The eating areas were dirty. No staff on the point of sales and the automatic electronic pos where not working. Staff where aware and did nothing.

All the staff were more fixated on talking with each other than serving. It took over 40 minutes to get my order. If I only knew it would have taken that long, I would have gone to KFC.

Ordered and payed for four meals. $14 large Big Mac meal was left off order. Printer at self service wasn’t working so had no receipt and staff at counter lied and said it wasn’t on order. Seems like they’re happy to take your money but very relaxed about providing what you paid for. Won’t be back to this Mac Donald’s

It's hard to review any kind of franchise, especially one of this size. However I will say that my experience here didn't bode well for the brand.$100 order for 6 people and they missed a DBL quarter pounder with bacon completely.It was Christmas day, so I wasn't going to hold my expectations too high.What the kicker was, I went back to simply order the burger and pay for it separately and you wouldn't believe how quickly I was given it. Almost like it was sitting in the kitchen after not making it to my meal and I was handed it the second time round.

30 min in a drive through at 630am staff show no interest in customer service or time efficiency. Didn't even apologise for the poor service and basically just threw the food out the window at us

It’s a MacDonald restaurant. You don’t need to read reviews to know what they serve. Fast food so the way. Plenty of calories to be had here and the food taste the same every where you go. Cheers big ears

McDonald's is McDonald's at the end of the day.But as a full-time Aussie traveller, this was Maccas was quite disappointing.I love my takeaway coffee, and l did both dine in & drive through. I always order through Mecca's App.Wow, the service is sooo slow in store, & the venue itself is so squashed as you enter. Staff were limited, but polite. My toasted sandwich was mushy & coffee warn.I decided to get my coffee & food at other venues in Emerald instead.

30 minute wait on food asking one of the staff what the go was and getting snapped at while 5 staff members continued standing around cluelessly. there were still 4 peoples order in front of me. I ended up asking for a refund politely (even given my hungry state) and didn’t even get a sorry off the manager. Ended up across the road at kfc. Was served food in hand within 4 minutes… like it should be with fast food. So thanks emerald McDonald’s adding 45 minutes to my already long 13 hour drive.

Not very impressed with this establishment. We stood at the counter for at least 3 minutes completely unacknowledged, waiting to order. The food took a long time to come out, despite the joint not being overly busy, and yet it was somehow still not warm. There was also lots of rubbish throughout the car park, and the staff let a parent of an employee behind the counter.
