I had the worst experience with taylor she frauded me out of ndis money said she was qualified to certify my dog as an assistant dog and six months into training after querying her on her qualifications found out she was not a qualified told me my dogs breed was also aloud to be assistant dog not true charged $11.500 in 6 months of training my dog not trained and can not be my assistant dog i fired her with no reimbursement and no apology would not recommend this con artist to any one fake as they come just intrested in taking money from disability clients under false pretence

Alpha omega dogs came into my life at a time when I was at my wits end both with my health, access to the community and the behaviour of my border collie cross, Wilson. Taylor has spent the last 18 months taking us to dog parks, dog beaches, water holes, water falls, river beds all over Cairns and the Tablelands alike. She has given me the human connection and opportunity I needed to get up and go out. She has encouraged my dog to be a healthy, reliable, well behaved and loving companion. She makes me laugh, think better of myself and take the risks I should to live the best life I can with Multiple Sclerosis. I cannot praise her and her commitment to us enough.Amanda Valentine

Ella and I have been working with Taylor for over 6 months. Ella is my 8 month old Goldador, who we are training as my assistance dog. We love working with Taylor. She keeps training interesting and fun. The training is tailored specifically to Ella and I. Her instructions are clear and easy to follow. Ella is exceeding expectations and we couldn't have done it without Taylor. I recommend Taylor to to anyone who will listen.

Extremely happy with Taylor and Kaitlin’s guidance I received in the past year in Kuranda. Our German Sheppard has grown some manners and I am feeling confident to walk her anywhere or go to the shops. I have seen some drastic changes with Delta’s behaviours since our first session due to the tailored approach to my dog from Alpha Omega trainers. It was amazing to see the change when Delta no longer barked at dogs she sees, she is now ables you channel her excitements, I learnt to understand better our dog which improve her own quality of life as well. It was also a great opportunity for socialisation every Monday night !

The girls at Alpha omega we’re such a big help for both my puppy and 5 yo husky.Classes are enjoyable and engaging, not only did they guide myself and my dogs through obedience training and household manners, they helped my older dog transition to accepting a puppy into our home.They are very informative, not only on the training front but also in enrichment, to give my older boy mental stimulation which he really needed.
