Roberts Designs

NO NO NO. Buy any other brand please. My builders supplier used Roberts Designs trims on my reno. The corner trims white powder coat flaked off with a touch of a finger on most pieces within a week of the bathroom tiling being completed. No turning back now. Their rep came out and inspected the issue confirming it is a fault during their powder coating process. They could only hide the issue with trim covers ($12 rrp each for 3m lenghts) over all the corners in the bathroom. Had no choice but to go with it because the were not going to demo and redo my bathroom costing 15k. Then months later they get the trim and the rep who was apparently a tiler once apon a time came to fit the trim didn't even mitre the corners and cut the lengths too short everywhere as seen in the photos. He must not have had a tape measure. He did not do the niche which also flaking off so I can only imagine he didn't order enough beacuse he didn't have a tape measure the first time and just guessed the amount to order. Also left his rubbish behind. They take no responsibility and couldn't careless with small no body like me. Not good enough.
