Andy and Leanne are the best!! Such a great store with so much advice and help given to us starting out with our new marine tank. Every time we come in we are welcomed warmly and it has such a nice community feel. Tanks in store are pristine, great variety of fish and corals. We have closer aquariums but travel to this store as it’s impressed us so much! They go above and beyond with advice on Facebook and outside of hours. Great social media presence with weekly updates on fish deliveries.

There is so much to learn on the go in the reef keeping hobby. You can tell as soon as you walk in the door that Fish World Aquarium's team are genuinely there to guide you through it. Massive selection of new fish each week at great prices. Very friendly staff and importantly they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need (or don't need yet). I've nearly filled my tank with their fish. I can't wait to fill it with their coral too!

Great service from Andy and Leanne always. Super friendly and always smiling. Both have great knowledge and always up for a chat. Highly recommend them both for advice and great shop also. Always spotless, great selection of fish and supplies. Highly recommend.

Freshwater fish and plant collection is rather limited. Quite a few driftwoods but almost no rocks. But the saltwater collection is great. I love how all the tanks are extremely clean, fish all swim happily. I also really really like how each species is clearly labelled with their ideal water conditions like PH, KH, etc. This is super helpful and I'm surprised none other stores do the same. Oh and the staff made me feel very welcome.

Buyer beware!!First visit to this shop and had a chat with one of the owners and discussed my tank and parameters looked at some corals and was advised to take a Clove Polyp coral.Didn’t pay to much for it approximately $50. However the coral once I got it home never opened up after a few days I called in and was advised to try moving it to a different spot in the tank and so that’s what I did.Keep in mind this isn’t the only coral in my tank. And everyone of the others are happy and vibrant. See picture!But still noting in fact it started looking like it was rotting so I called again and was told to bring it in and they would look after me.So I made the drive and when I got there I was attacked by the owner and his wife. They wanted to charge me to test my water then started making comments and excuses and what not.That’s when I decided it wasn’t worth my time and so I said either do the right thing and replace it or I will share my experience. And so here it is.If you want my opinion avoid this place and go somewhere where they put there customers first.What a shame.

Unreal place to get any information and good advice for any fish, also the staff make you feel welcome and they actually show that they care about their customers whether it be the regulars or customers coming in for the first time. definitely couldn’t recommend this place enough. #Andytopbloke

Been coming here for a while, so should probably write a review.Andy, Leanne and the crew are all friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. The shop is boutique clean, the fish and corals are all healthy, and the dry goods and livestock and pretty well priced. Always a pleasure to visit :)
