My family and I have rented with Prudential for the past 3.5yrs and the staff have always been pleasant and helpful. When we first moved into our rental home there was a welcome pack with a mug and some other condiments on our kitchen bench. That was such a lovely gesture! Other real estates could really learn from Prudential regarding how well they treat their tentants.

14 Clement Road Edmondson park was a very bad experience, pay our rent on time and look after the property, even the Landlady comes to the house unannounced with her sister and we still welcome them, despite the house is under the real estate. Gave us No ground termination of Lease. Just two timber floor that was bad due to fridge leakage, they want us to change the entire kitchen, which I call rip off and want to claim all our bond, the landlady and the property manager are not friendly, they are just money mongers, they don’t have any human feelings. It is all about the money. Be warned about that house is not a good environment for whoever wants that house.don’t say I didn’t warn you guys .

Alex Jahshan, from Prudential Real Estate Campbelltown, recently sold our 3 bedroom home - his professionalism, dedication, and polite communication made what would normally be a stressful experience a positive one. Having dealt with a number of real estate sales and property management staff over the years in Sydney and in Perth, I can say with confidence that Alex has been the most professional and pleasant to deal with.He responded promptly to text message queries and called back within the day. He spent quite a bit of time advising us on how to get our property ready for sale. I believe that our home, which was built in the 90s, would not have sold so quickly (we received an offer even before the first open home inspection), had it not been for Alex's help in getting the place ready for sale and improving the overall condition of the home from good to excellent for its age.He went above and beyond my expectations of a real estate salesperson. The next time I have any business with Alex, I hope that Prudential would have promoted him by then - he most certainly deserves it!

Prudential have been amazing for me. The staff are always very responsive and provide excellent service. I have used other real estate agents in the past and they do not compare to Prudential. I would highly recommend them.

This agency treated us like lower class citizens, never have I imagined this to be in Australia.We had been renting from this Prudential Real Estate for 11 years and we had never had a problem until the last 6 months of our vacancy.Our property manager, Lucia Mcglone, had given us a termination notice and was very rude to us about it. When she came over to inspect the property she had a terrible attitude and was very irriated by everything she saw for no reason. Lucia never had once given her references but still wanted us to leave, and any Australian resident knows you can’t just magically appear with a new lease for a property without references. Rather, she insisted that we attend the tribunal hearing instead of sorting it out, so we attended. In the end, she didn’t even represent herself and sent another manager in her place, Sarah Buttigieg.Sarah eventually gave us her details and reassured us that she will give us her references instead of Lucia’s. But as soon as we signed some forms Sarah became very short tempered- as if we had hassled her and Lucia for three straight months.When we tried to contact and reference her, and we soon realised that her email was completely incorrect. We felt tricked into agreeing with the outcomes of the tribunal and signing forms just for a reference that was fake anyways.We then complained to the general manager, Nick Constantine, about Sarah and Lucia. Our property manager changed, and for a while there was no clear manager. Finally we were given Ainsley Boyle, who was the worst of them all. She withheld information, refused to give references on time and threatened to use the sheriff’s power to lock us out after taking the advanced rent payments.Even after complaining to general manager again, it was clear that either he was doing nothing or that Campbelltown Prudential Real Estate agents run by their own agenda.Somehow we finally were able to leave but even after that, they will not return the bond and the advance rent payments. Even now, we are still being emotionally and financially abused.Campbelltown Prudential Real Estate only have discriminating, rude and unprofessional property managers.

Natalie was holding an open home today, I arrived early and Natalie hopped out of her car and opened the house up for me! She was extremely professional and lovely!! Can’t thank her enough.Holly is also very professional and lovely, she held an open home last week.Both ladies answered all of my questions and were very helpful!!

Had a great experience with Tayla. She was efficient and good at her job. If any doubt she will always look it up and get back to me. Would highly recommend.
