Very rude poor customer service by an old lady on 9th February @ 7.55pm.Went around telling me to go and pay as we are closing soon.Fair enough but at the end of the day the customers pay your wage. Without us you won’t have business.More than happy to go else where. I wanted to get a body mist from perfume cabinet and the old lady was like no oh wait I’ll get the key.I definitely won’t be return.

Today I visited this business to get a range of products for our daughter who had her first child on Monday morning. As I had no idea where to start I asked one of the staff where to find one product. She then assisted me with every product on the list including ascertaining the correct meds for a breast feeding mum.Whilst i did not get her name I was absolutely astounded at the highest quality of service she provided. It was exceptional quality service.

Staff were really helpful. Parking was limited, although I managed to park at another establishment. The only downside was that the lottery kiosk was cash only.

Not as big as the other Chemist Warehouse stores & as a consequence there were several items I wasn't able to get. This store was good as it was open a little longer than the one in Woodville.

i visited there yesterday, i asked the pharmist to verified my identities and she was so rude and said we are not doing this, i felt very bad and thought how rude she is ... No manners, No etttiquetes how to give response! I admit that you were busy but there is also a way to say no.. such a rude pharmicist.. she was chinese with short hairs.. it was yesterday 31/5/23

Went to grab some prescription. Im not sure if the girl was pharmacist or pharmacist assistant. She took her time to educate me about each of my medications. Most of the people dont educate about it, they just say how many tablets to take everyday.

What a pleasant surprise after the distressing and frustrating hour i spent trying to get my order from the Norwood shop. The person behind the counter was friendly and efficient .She was the complete opposite of the surly .obstructive girl at Norwood. I had to drive a long way from Payneham but it was worth it.The man assisting me to find the Cod liver oil was also very pleasant and kept trying until he found it. Hurrah for Kilburn ,Boo and hiss for Norwood !! I will avoid it like the plague!!

Every time i went there had very bad experience with pharmacist working.there . I always see those both pharmacist working there. The in charge pharmacist she always work there and she is very rude. At 04:45 i went there to get my documents attested but pharmacists were rude saying we not gonna do that go to JP. I asked i can wait because i need it on urgent basis as JP is closed now. But the senior pharmacist was very rude. Never going back.
