Terrible customer service from The Good Guys! I purchased an oven from them and needed to return it due to a change of circumstances. Despite leaving clear instructions for the delivery team to contact me on a different phone number, they still contacted my original number which I cannot pick up while working. After communicating with them for a month, nobody came to pick up the oven, so I had to return it myself. Even then, they gave me the wrong dock number, which wasted my time in-store. When I tried to process the refund, they told me they couldn't do it in-store, so I had to wait for a month without any response. It turns out they hadn't even asked for my bank details! I am extremely disappointed with The Good Guys.

Hi,My partner and I ordered the tele by physically going into the store. We were so happy with the purchase and the guy (employee) working there helped us with the purchase as well.Sadly, they promised to deliver the tele by mid of the week after we purchased it on Sunday (31st December 2022), however, we have not received the tele yet, they sent us no notifications and tracking ID for the delay and suddenly this week on Monday, messaged us saying that it will be delivered on 10th January and we are waiting still.I am super disappointed as I assumed them to be a great service and brand. Only if we knew, we would not pay the fees for delivery, get our money back for delivery and got it the day we purchase with us.We hope to get the tele soon.

Purchased a TV online click and collect easy online ordering. Went to collect the next day after receiving an SMS advising it was ready for pick up . I sent my 21 year old son to go and collect and he was told due to shortage of staff you have to carry the item yourself and also we have no trolley’s . This was a 40 inch TV . My son had to call his sister who was at work to come and help him as there was no physical way he could of done it in his own. Not great customer service

Two of us went into Nunawading store today, 1 intending to buy a laptop. While in there I saw, & wanted to buy, a tablet. After 20 minutes I went to ask if a sales person could help us. After a further 10 minutes we left & went elsewhere - lost sale No. 1I went back an hour & a half later to buy the tablet. After 15 minutes I went to ask if someone could assist, & after a further 10 minutes I left the store. Lost sale No. 2.

Visited the store to buy a new dishwasher. Even though greatly understaffed a lovely lady helped me choose the right product. Choose the Bosch SMS6HAI01A. Great unit. Good price and great service fast delivery. As a bonus when I asked for an empty box for something else I was given one. Happy days.

Top tier service from Matt and Chris.Visit #1 we were looking for a washing machine and fridge. Chris is very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING in the store. He was just passing by and he saw that no one was assisting us so he did it himself. Gave us a great discount as well.Visit #2 we were looking for a TV and soundbar this time. Looked for Chris but he was not in the store at the time. We were assisted by Matt this time and the soundbar in my price range was out of stock so he gave me a discount on a better soundbar so it'll fit my budget. Superb customer service.Just wish they had more staff.

Very bad customer service when we visited the store. We stood in line and waited for our turn to pay but because we had a special order, we were told to wait on the side while they finish serving all the other customers that came after us because the store was busy. And throughout the whole process, there was limited eye contact and absolutely no friendliness and warmth.Very disappointed in the customer service of the nunawading store.

Quite Saturday morning at the store, plenty of staff not a lot of customer (5 at most). Went to the counter requesting assistance with therapeutic guns was told someone will come. 5mins later no one, a call out is sent again by a staff member using the ladder. I waited a further 5mins still not to be served.During the 10min interval there appeared to be a known colleague not in uniform catching up with 4 other staff members having a good laugh. Thanks for wasting my time won't be coming here again. Bought the item from jbhifi next door which turned out to be cheaper.
